Shipping & Returns

Green Monkey Club ships orders exclusively to addresses in Germany and the EU. We pack carefully and usually ship within 1–2 business days.

Germany & Austria

Shipping costs for deliveries to Germany or Austria are €5.95. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.

Other EU countries

For deliveries to the following EU countries, shipping costs are €20.00 per order, regardless of the number of items ordered: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within the statutory withdrawal period. Please use the withdrawal function on our website or contact us at hello@greenmonkey.io. Please note: For sealed cosmetic, hygiene and nutritional supplement products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery and the product is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. Packaging

We use recyclable packaging and skip anything unnecessary.
