When you access our website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we or the hosting provider 1&1 (1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) acting on our behalf only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server.

The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. This personal data may be stored in a CRM system (“Customer-Relationship-Management System”) or comparable systems for inquiry organization. This enables us to organize incoming contacts efficiently. This processing of your personal data takes place based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, if there are reasons for doing so arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. 5. Transfer to third countries

6. Deletion of date

The data processed by us will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR or restricted in their processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. Unless otherwise provided for in this data protection declaration, the data processed by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion is not opposed by any statutory storage obligations. We review the necessity every six months. If the data are not deleted because they are required for other, legally permissible purposes, their processing is restricted. This means that the data is blocked and not used. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax law reasons. In accordance with legal requirements in Germany, the retention or storage is carried out in particular of commercial books, inventories, opening balance sheets, annual financial statements, commercial letters, accounting vouchers, etc. in accordance with § 257 para. 1 HGB for six years and in particular of books, records, management reports, accounting vouchers, commercial and business letters and documents relevant for taxation, etc. in accordance with § 147 para. 1 AO for ten years.

In particular, you may request information on the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of rectification, cancellation, restriction of processing or opposition, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on the details of the same;
  2. in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately demand the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us;
  3. pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  4. pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer require the data, but you require it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  5. in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided us with in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible party;
  6. in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue data processing based on this consent for the future and
  7. complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters.

8. Rights of Revocation and Objection

8.1. Revocation of granted consents

Should we process your personal data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR, you have the right to revoke any consent you may have given us in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with effect for the future. 9. Security Measures

We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures in accordance with the state of the art to ensure that the regulations of the data protection laws are observed and thus to protect the data processed by us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. The security measures include in particular the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our server.


10. Final clauses

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy if this should become necessary due to new technologies or changes in our data processing processes or to adapt it to changes in the legal situation applicable to us. However, this only applies to this privacy policy.
